A bit about me...

I have been a published writer nearly all my life and have been teaching writing at Montana State University since 2017. Writing gave me a voice when a traumatic childhood threatened to silence me. I spent decades learning about how to recover and thrive, and as a teacher, I'm driven to share that knowledge.

Words matter and can be a powerful way to understand and process your experiences. My books and courses encourage, inform, and provide healing tools to those who are finding their way through tough times.
